The role of expert presupposes professional competence; this is referred to as “specialised expertise". As a general rule, this expertise has been acquired by successfully completing a relevant, suitable tertiary degree and presupposes several years of professional experience.

Invoicing is in accordance with the German Judicial Remuneration and Compensation Act (Justizvergütungs- und Entschädigungsgesetz, JVEG).
